Korean BBQ restaurants here in the Philippines is gaining popularity. Many Filipinos are not only a fan of KPOP dramas but also korean food !
I’m glad that my beloved city , Marikina is not only known as the shoe capital of the Philippines but also known for good restaurants.
I discovered this newly opened Korean BBQ restaurant near my place along J.P. Rizal Graceland Plaza in Marikina .
They just had their soft opening last November 28,2019. This is the first Korean BBQ restaurant who opened in our area and now my fellow Marikeños can now enjoy korean food.
Let’s talk about the Menu. You have two options:
Pork – 399 pesos
Combi – Pork & Beef – 499 pesos
• then they also have a buffet area where you can find good korean dishes like spicy kimchi stew, Bulgogi , egg roll , stir fried fish cake , korean sushi roll, japchae, braised potatoes, soybean sprout ,watermelon. Kimchi , salad , radish etc . Buffet menu vary every now and then.
The place was homey and relax. Loved their colorful chairs , the place was neat , and spacious . They also have high chairs for the kids so it’s a kid friendly restaurant.
Loved their non stick pan because when you cook it’s not smoky compare to other korean bbq restaurant I’ve seen . No flavored pork or bees as they want it to be authentic samgyeop. The sauce was good and they have a hot pot which I enjoyed especially the dumpling on it and broth was so good .
They also offer our favorite korean ice cream like Melona,Samanco, Fanpari,Encho, Yogurt etc .
They also have beverages like Soju, Beer and canned soda . They have three Soju flavors like Green Grape,Grapefruit and Chamisul.
